Should I try again antibiotics?

So I was treated for a prostate infection, and I returned to my doctor and he is still a little blood in the urine. I have only been treated with a round of doxycycline side effects because it was allergic to Cipro and Bactrim. I heard that Cipro is really good for prostatitis embargo.
