Red and supply to the penis?

Four months ago, I had a bacterial infection that was not treated properly. My MD thought it was a yeast infection. A month passed with a sensitivity to the end penis with friction (eg, running, walking), red and slightly swollen only about the opening of the urethra, the sperm as a download only a few bowl movements, sore throat and discomfort as pressure periniam. STD test result given negative, but infection in urine is positive. I tried with about 5 different antibiotics with little or no modification. If more than 5 different doctors look at me without accurate diagnosis. My urologist says my prostate is an inflammation that can cause irritation on the tip of the penis, and that the infection may have entered into the prostate. With everything I have been on antibiotics, should not be healed by now? Why is red and tender to the tip of the penis. All the doctors I checked and is free of any STD. How long will I have this problem. Is prostitis?
