Cancer the most deadly and the right progress?

Why no progress in lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, cancer cancer stomach, prostate cancer and cholangiocarcinoma in the last 10 years to five. I find that very strange. Note I think the best way to know survival rates and compare 10 years ago is a good way of knowing how much progress in his case in the last 5-10 years. Some how he thinks that the survival rate is lower than 5% of cancers above?

Sorry, my answer is rather vague. Causes some of the above are mixed and / or poorly understood and has a very diverse collection of patients through the most difficult to establish correlations. This is logical, however, even if you have a large amount of data, the question is, what to do with it? If you know the cause of the disease, what can you do about this? The tools are always there. Conditions set are rather viscous and must be under the control as soon as possible before they spread. Is this the solution this type of cancer will be: improved diagnostics, new drugs or even better use of existing medicines more effective, or Perhaps a combination of all three? We need to see over time …. In short, it's an uphill battle, but we will sooner or later.
