Urethra pain during ejaculation. .. Bad?

So I went to the doctor, he checked my prostate, culture urine and an ultrasound. All were negative for infection or inflammation. I'm 27 and last week, halfway during sex with my wife, I can be a pain in my urethra. Almost like a tear or strain. When I noticed blood in my sperm ejaculated. Then I went to the doctor. Doctor tests and all returned well. Me and the wife tried sex again this week when he said he was painful along my urethra. No blood, but the pain. Same pain when urinating later. The last days of my right side felt tight, and my hipbone. It appears that prostatitis, but no inflammation, bacteria, or anything. What could be? I exercise regularly too. cardio and weights. I am very athletic.

Sounds like hematospermia
